THE REVENUE RECOVERY SYSTEM
FOUR SYSTEMS. ONE PRICE. INSTALLED ALONGSIDE YOUR CRM.
Every one of these goes after the calls that didn't book, the estimates that didn't close, and the customers already in your system — the work already inside your business.
Missed-Call & After-Hours Rescue
A call that rings out at eight on a Saturday gets a text back from your number, usually within a minute. It captures the problem, sorts service from replacement, and books it or gets your on-call tech the details. Plus a number you have never had: how many calls you actually missed last week.
What you see each week
Calls rescued, your answer rate against where you started, and how many became booked jobs.
Unsold-Estimate Recovery
An unsigned replacement quote is the most valuable piece of paper in your shop. Twelve to eighteen months of them are sitting in a folder. Those homeowners already let you in the house and already heard your price. They did not say no — nobody followed up. We work that list on a schedule, and every job that comes back is traced to the estimate that predates us.
What you see each week
Estimates re-engaged, re-quote visits booked, and booked revenue by original estimate.
Database Reactivation
Your past customers get sorted by equipment age. Anything twelve years or older gets a replacement conversation before the season turns. Lapsed maintenance agreements get a renewal reach-out. Everyone else gets a tune-up or a plan offer. It runs on a seasonal cadence, in your name.
What you see each week
Booked jobs by customer group, agreements renewed, and replacement appointments set.
Review Requests at Job Close
Your tech just came out of a 130-degree attic. He is not asking anyone for a favor. So the ask happens at random, if it happens at all, while the shop up the road stacks reviews every week. We automate the request at job close-out, from your number, in your name, when the customer is happiest — and every new review helps the next first call book.
What you see each week
Requests sent per finished job, and your review count and recency next to the competitor you name.
THE FIRST 30 DAYS
THE FIRST 30 DAYS
All four systems are built in 30 days. You see results reported against your own starting point.
Week 1
Capture & baseline
Missed-call text-back and review requests get built. We record where you're starting, so every result is measured against your numbers, not ours.
Week 2
Estimates out
Your unsold estimates get cleaned up and worked. You approve every word before anything sends.
Week 3
Past customers
Your customer list gets sorted by equipment age and lapsed agreements, and seasonal outreach goes live.
Day 30
The first report
Booked jobs and booked revenue, each one traced to the call, estimate, or customer it came from.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
Paid ads before Day 60. SEO or website builds. Google Business Profile management. CRM replacement or migration. AI voice answering. Collections or billing. Sales, CSR, or technician training.
After Day 60, if the weekly reports show the system working and your crew can take on more, paid ads can be added as a separate Phase Two. You pay the ad platforms directly. We never hold or mark up your ad spend.
