5. Payments & Billing

• Payments must be made on time as per the agreed plan or invoice
• Late or failed payments may result in service suspension
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

6. No Guaranteed Results

While we use proven strategies and AI technologies, Plenum LLC does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to leads, sales, revenue, or rankings.

Marketing performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

• All tools, processes, strategies, and automation systems developed by Plenum LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed
• You retain ownership of your original content and data
• You may not resell, copy, or redistribute our systems without written permission

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business or technical information shared during the engagement, unless required by law.

We do not share your personal data/information (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone. etc) to any Third party vendor or company.

We may disclose your information when required by law/Government or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, or that of others.

9. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., AI tools, CRMs, messaging services).

Plenum LLC is not responsible for:

• Downtime or changes in third-party services
• Data loss caused by third-party platforms
• Policy violations caused by external providers

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Plenum LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the last 30 days

15. SMS Terms & Conditions

Plenum LLC provides SMS text messaging services to users who have voluntarily opted in through our website forms or other approved communication channels.

After opting in, users may receive SMS messages including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service-related updates, responses to inquiries, and important account or support communications. Marketing or promotional messages are sent only if the user has separately opted in.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the phone number from which you received the message. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, simply sign up again as you did initially.
